Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Toronto Premier Futsal League!
By registering for and/or participating in our futsal league, all teams, players, and coaches agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Players must be born between 2011 and 2018 (U8-U15).
All players must be registered with the OSA and under the respective club.
All participants must register via the official registration form and pay applicable fees before taking part.
Teams must consist of at least 5 players, with a maximum of 14 players allowed at game time.
2. Code of Conduct
Players, coaches, and spectators must always display good sportsmanship.
Aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior (verbal or physical) towards referees, staff, or other players will result in penalties, suspensions, or bans.
Alcohol, illegal drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited at league venues.
3. Game Rules
Matches will follow the official FIFA futsal rules with local modifications as outlined in our [Rules & Regulations Document/Handbook].
Games will consist of [e.g., two 20-minute halves], with a [5-minute halftime].
Teams must arrive at least [10] minutes before kickoff. Late arrival may result in a forfeit.
Referees' decisions are final.
All players MUST be registered with the OSA
All teams must provide the OSA roster with the players picture, name, age, and OSA registration number.
Game sheet must be completed and provided to the convener at game time.
4. Player Safety
Players participate at their own risk. The league is not liable for injuries.
Shin guards and proper futsal shoes are mandatory.
Any injuries should be reported immediately to on-site league staff.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable except in the event the league is canceled by the organizers.
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled where possible.
Teams that withdraw mid-season are not entitled to a refund.
6. Disciplinary Action
Yellow and red card offenses will follow a strict disciplinary structure:
Yellow card: Warning
Two yellow cards or one red card in a match: Automatic suspension for the next game
Serious misconduct: Review by league committee and potential expulsion
Repeated team violations may result in team disqualification.
7. Media and Publicity
By participating, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during league games for promotional and social media purposes.
If you wish to opt-out of media usage, please notify the league in writing before your first game.
8. League Games and Standings
Standings will only be published for age groups U12 and above, they will be updated weekly and posted online.
Playoff games will only be scheduled for age groups U12 and above.
9. Liability Waiver
By registering, all players agree to release the Toronto Premier Futsal League, its organizers, referees, sponsors, and venue staff from any and all claims arising out of participation, including personal injury, property damage, or loss.
10. Amendments
These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the league organizers. All participants will be notified of major changes via email or league announcements.
