  📋 IMPORTANT OSA REQUIREMENTS

  ✔️ Teams must bring the most up-to-date OSA roster

  ✔️ Game sheet must include the full name of each player

  ✔️ Only players listed on the OSA roster are eligible to play

  🚫 Players not listed on the roster will NOT be allowed to play

  
  

  ⚠️ PLAYOFF ELIGIBILITY

  * A player must have played at least 3 regular-season games

  * Use of an ineligible player will result in team disqualification

  
  

  ⏱ TIED GAMES – PLAYOFFS

  🥅 Games tied at the end of regulation go directly to penalty kicks

  * 3 penalty kicks per team

  * If still tied, teams alternate kicks until a winner is decided

  * The first 5 kicks must be taken by players on the field at the end of regulation

  * Additional kicks may be taken by players on the bench

  🔵 U13 Division – 8 teams

  Quarterfinals:

  1 vs 8 | 2 vs 7 | 3 vs 6 | 4 vs 5

  ➡️ Winners advance to semifinals

  ➡️ Finals:

  * Championship Cup

  * 3rd Place Cup

  
  

  🟣 U14 ELITE – 6 teams

  Quarterfinals:

  1 vs 6 | 2 vs 5 | 3 vs 4

  ➡️ Winners + best runner-up advance to semifinals

  ➡️ Finals:

  * Championship Cup

  * 3rd Place Cup

  
  

  🟡 U14 PREMIER – 7 teams

  🥇 1st place advances directly to semifinals

  Quarterfinals:

  2 vs 7 | 3 vs 6 | 4 vs 5

  ➡️ Semifinals: 1st place vs lowest-ranked winner

  ➡️ Finals:

  * Championship Cup

  * 3rd Place Cup
